Useful tips for successful trek

A lot of uphill and downhill climbs are required, before reaching the Everest Base Camp. Some are easier, while the others get tougher with the increase in altitude. However, all the climbs are within the capabilities of any healthy person. The success is determined by how you deal with the altitude. We suggest you to walk at your own pace, slow, yet steady. Do not hurry to reach the destination. If you are tired of walking, take a rest. Stand to rest not sit. Wear sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and scarf. This protects you from the intense sun. If you’ve taken off your layers while walking, wear them while you are in the shadows and protect yourself from the cold.
