Wild Honey Hunting Trek/Expedition in Nepal, also known as Mad Honey Hunting, is a one-of-a-kind adventure activity in Nepal. Honey hunting is also a part of the ancient culture of many civilizations. It is a real and common activity of Nepalese indigenous people that has been practiced for thousands of years.
Honey hunting primarily entails extracting honey from massive beehives nestled in cliffs 200 meters to 500 meters high using traditionally weaved rope. Seeing this feat performed by local honey-hunting experts in your honey-hunting journey will be a mesmerizing event.
The standard 12-day honey hunting Trek itinerary offered by Amigo Treks & Expeditions allows you to fully enjoy all of the attractions of Ghalegaon, Karpu Dada, and Sikles, as well as some of the major attractions of Pokhara Valley. However, the expedition can be completely tailored to your specific needs, requirements, budget, and number of days in Nepal. All customized packages include a special group discount. Full board is provided during the trek, as well as bed and breakfast before and after the trek. Accommodation is managed in a 3-star standard hotel before and after the trek; however, during the trek, you have the option of homestays or tented camps. During your trek/expedition, you will be served traditional Nepali cuisine prepared by the host family.

After a brief rest at your lodging, we will proceed to the village's important landmarks, such as the Bhujung Museum and other local attractions. We return to our homestay after our exploration.
