Luxury Everest Base Camp trek is a 15 days trek to explore the Sagarmatha Region while not compromising on the comfort and luxury. Since landing in Kathmandu, we make sure to give you the best in terms of comfort and quality.

No particular experience is required to do the trek. Our guide will be there with you all the time if you come across any problem. We request you to communicate with your guide on a daily basis. Additionally, we also request you to kindly cooperate with us in terms of unfavorable changes such as political disturbance and climate change which are not in our hands.

The trek is best during the Spring (March-May) and Fall (September-November) season. Nevertheless, the Everest Base Camp trek can be done anytime. We also suggest you to go on hikes and get mentally and physically strong as we will face some changes regarding the cultural difference and also the higher elevation.

Kindly get the travel insurance that covers all the added expenses that might result due to various health issues, injuries or accidents (together with air ambulance, helicopter rescue and other treatment cost).

We always make sure that our customers get the right value for their money. The Luxury Base camp trek doesn’t compromise on quality. We provide you with the best hotel and lodges in Kathmandu and during treks. We book a deluxe 5 star hotel (Hotel Hyatt Regency or similar) in Kathmandu, before and after your trek. However, we are also flexible with the hotel arrangement.

During this trek, your accommodation is arranged in deluxe hotels that provide a lot standard amenities than those of the local lodges/guest houses run by local people. These lodges offer big and comfortable air-conditioned bedroom, attached bath with the facility of hot shower and modern toiletry.

A full board meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and tea/coffee) will be provided from the teahouse menu during the entire trek. Breakfast and dinner are served in the accommodation and the lunch is ordered from the menu.
