Today, the entire day will be spent exploring the Chitwan National Park. The main purpose of the Chitwan National Park visit is to track the variety of wildlife hidden in the dense jungle. We either do this on foot or select other options like dugout canoe, jeep safari or the elephant ride. If possible we try all of these things. The trip starts with an elephant ride, which is then followed by a dugout canoe trip down the Budhi  Rapti River that presents us the opportunity to spot various water birds. We then visit the elephant breeding  center, elephant camp and if time permits, we also visit the Bis Hajar Taal. If you are looking to save time and explore more, instead of elephant ride, we can also hire a jeep and enjoy jeep safari. Or, we can even go for a jungle walk. Being truthful, the single day isn’t enough to explore all of the Chitwan National Park. The night will be spent at a tourist standard lodge in Chitwan.
