From the moment we booked our trip, Amigo was always communicating and available. Niti was helpful with things even outside their scope. Like arranging a COVID test for my wife and me. She also helped get additional reservations needed for days, not on their schedule. The Kathmandu day tour they provided was great. Shushna spoke good English and was very informative about all the sites visited. For the Trek, our guide Pramod was great. Always on top of our trek, time meals, and anything we needed. I, unfortunately, got sick and got altitude sickness. Pramod and the staff were good at making sure I was safe. I would recommend Amigos without a doubt.
