My wife and I arranged a 9-day EBC trek with Amigo in May 2022 (after a 2-year COVID delay). We had to cut it short due to a health issue. But, wow, Amigos was fantastic - and Niti is just amazing! She patiently answered our endless questions for two years, made all of the arrangements seamlessly, and provided everything we needed to have a great trek. When we had to cut it short, she promptly arranged the helicopter to bring us back down, made new hotel reservations for us in Kathmandu, and even sat with us for half an hour (with her colleague Dennis) helping us get through to United to reschedule our flight home. I have never experienced such extraordinary service before. Our guide Navaraj (Nava) Thapa was kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. (Thanks, Nava! ) And our porter, Jari, was a modern Hercules who didn't even flinch when we brought WAY too much stuff. If you want to trek to EBC, we HIGHLY recommend Amigo!
