I took a helicopter tour of Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar. Amazing experience, breathtaking views; you won't be able to put your camera down. Our helicopter adventure took us from Kathmandu to Lukla (refueling), to Syangboche, to Kala Patthar (highest point, 17,500 feet), to the Everest View Hotel (breakfast), and back to Kathmandu. The views from Syangboche, Kala Patthar, and the Everest View Hotel are spectacular.
