I went on the EBC trek with Gokyo Lakes & Chola Pass in October 2018. Niti always replied very fast to my queries, assisted me when I had technical problems with payment and let me customize my trip.
It was the trip of a lifetime, with amazing scenery and everything very well organized. On our day of departure, most flights to Lukla were cancelled, but Amigo put me and my guide on a helicopter to Lukla for no extra charge, because they already had a helicopter going there. All others I met on the trek had paid extra, so I was very happy for this!
I was alone, but with my own guide and porter, and I had a really nice time with them. My guide Prakash was taking good care of me the whole time, even when I felt quite sick on many days. He was very positive, energetic and polite, always offering help and making sure that I got good photos. Our porter Tikaram was very reliable, always smiling and waiting for me in the morning as well as when we arrived at the tea houses after a long day. In the end, when we were stuck in Lukla for one extra day, they were still assisting me with everything.
It was a very special and memorable trip. Hoping to go on another trek with Amigo in the future!
