I highly recommend doing the Annapurna Base Camp trek with Amigo. They had everything prepared for me by the time I arrived in Kathmandu, including both permits and also warm clothing.
My guide and porter named Hari Adhikari and Hari Pariyar were absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly and accommodating, they also were so experienced as their Itinerary was spot on. I learned a lot from them about Nepal and their culture. They also took me to all the good guesthouses with the tastiest Dal Bhat along the way.
The trek itself is not too hard as you have plenty of time each day to get to the destinations we aimed for. The views from Base Camp were stunning, it sits in a bowl of mountains, such as Annapurna I, Annapurna South and Machhepuchhre. An added bonus is the scenery along the way is a gorgeous mix of green mountains and grasslands. The Annapurna region has such a diverse landscape.
All in all it is a real 10/10 experience, I thoroughly recommend using Amigo and if you can, ask for the two Haris!
