Right from the start Binu helped me organise absolutely everything, she was so lovely and helpful it was incredible. All of my questions were answered and any worries eased with in depth explanations of what I had to expect to do Everest Base Camp.
During the actually trek itself, myself and my group were so pleased to be led by Raju. He literally made the trip. At any given point he was able to tell us the surrounding mountains and villages, the exact altitude that we were at and the details of the days trek and activities. Not once in the twelve days did I have to go out of my way to ask for anything, all meals were pre arranged and he was beyond organised in every aspect.
His great sense of humour and outgoing personality made the trip so fun and took our attention of the difficult tracks!
If you are able to request him, I would definitely advise so!
Our two porters Shishir and Mohan were very helpful and attentive as well, always willing to assist us and join us for our acclimatisation days.
Please, if you are going to do a trip in Nepal, do yourself a favour and go through Amigo! You will not regret it.
