Memorable lifetime experience of Annapurna Base camp trek

Trip Name: Short Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Hi,My trip to Annapurna Base Camp(ABC) happend as an unplanned event due to last minute cancellation of Kailash trip and i was enquiring about various trekking tour operators in the available limited time.Among all the communication made to companies online,Mr Tika returned a quick reply with Itinerary for my query and that's how i decided to go ahead with Amigo trekkers.He also provided me enough motivation of doing this trek before the booking and payment as it's first time that i ever attempted a mountan trek lasting many days.I reached Kathmandu after 2 days and met Ms Binu and our guide Himal.Himal was very helpful from the day one and assisted me to do preperation in terms of arranging the trekking gears(Though i had majority of them for Kailash trip).Next day,I met my fellow trekkers after an exhausting bus journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara and bus was on halt for almost 2 hours due to unexpected traffic jam.Our trekking group comprised of 4 people including me, 2 porters and 1 guide.Our porters were Ranjan and Bikash who were very humble and friendly in nature.I really thank them for their laborious effort in carrying our luggages all the way to base camp.Himal possessed qualities of a good leader by knowing individual member's trekking abilities and preparing schedule of the day previous night itself.Both porters and guide took care of each of us in terms of food,water and wifi(Payable seperately at most places),lodging facilities and giving us constant encouragement on the way when we felt low on energy.We reached ABC as per the itinerary schedule though we had a small lag from previous day..The view of different peaks of Annapurna massif from ABC was astonishing and mind blowing for us.It was a heavenly experience for me.Before start of descend,I decided to fly back from Pokhara to Kathmandu as a quick option and to avoid bus journey again.Ms Binu and Himal helped me in arranging the flight booking and could reach back Kathmandu on time.On our last day,we bid farewell after a dinner and thanked Himal for his service throughout trek.I will always cherish lovely memories of ABC trek
